Tomi Björck is one of Finland's leading chefs with four restaurants in Helsinki and one located in Stockholm, Sweden. We created the layout for his cookbook Björck - Huippukokin kotiruokaa (Björck - A Top Chefs Home Fare). As the name implies, the book contains a selection of recipes from his restaurants for home cooks.
